Age limit

You must be at least 21 years of age to order tobacco products from cheapcigarette.org. By accepting these terms and conditions you are indicating you are of legal age to purchase cigarettes. To misrepresent your age is a felony charge. Those found falsifying their age will be prosecuted by the law. Surgeon General's Warning The Surgeon General has advised that smoking is hazardous to your health:

• Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy.
• Smoking by pregnant women may result in fetal injury, premature birth and low birth weight.
• Cigarette smoke contains carbon monoxide. Quitting smoking now greatly reduces serious risks to your health.

Products

The tobacco products you buy are made in Europe, and are to European specification unless otherwise stated. cheapcigarette.org accepts no liability for the non-availability of any products. In the event that the Customer's chosen product is not available, a refund or credit note will be offered to the Customer.

Goods delivery

Goods are delivered by Registered Air Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. If your goods are not received in time, please email us quoting your order id. If you are not able to quote the order id, please provide your name, email address, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order.

Delivery time

For cigarettes - the average delivery time is 1 - 3 weeks (11 days usually). In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. Delivery time may vary depending on the city you live in. If you do not get the parcel with cigarettes in 3 weeks period after you made your purchase, you should obligatory call or e-mail us. We immediately start our own investigation, and if in 10 days period after that you still don't get the parcel, you may choose:

• We send you the parcel once again to the amount of order you have made, as if you ordered it once again but you pay no money.
• We refund the amount of your purchase.

Shipping info

All orders are shipped within 72 hours once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. The cartons are shipped in parcels (one parcel contains not more than 6 cartons). In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. The time between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average 5 to 10 days. We can't send you a single parcel containing more cartons, because it would be subject to duty since the width and value would not fall within the prescribed international parameters.

Orders

After an order is placed at cheapcigarette.org, the customer is automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship his/her order (Please make sure your e-mail filter allows our email address). Please, notice that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give the Customer a possibility to change, update or cancel his/her address and/or the order items. In such cases, the customer must immediately send us an e-mail with his/her changes. The order id must be enclosed when writing about changes in the order. Otherwise, order will be sent using primary introduced information. There is no limit when purchasing at cheapcigarette.org. The order quantity is left to the discretion of customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions they may incur. For first-time customers a large quantity order is not accepted. The maximum quantity of cigarettes for a first-time order is 12 cartons (generally, we do not recommend ordering more than 12 cartons for a single order).

Return policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know via our support email and we will give you the return instruction. Then, return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card. Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. cheapcigarette.org is not responsible for the errors made by Customers while placing an order, i.e. wrong brand, types in or faulty shipping address. cheapcigarette.org cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, cheapcigarette.org will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is not possible we will make the refund. Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any money until the appeals procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome has been received within seven days of its conclusion in writing to the cheapcigarette.org. In the unlikely event that goods are not subsequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions, we will replace your order free of charge.

When you "Proceed to Checkout", you are sent to the secured (SSL 128 bit encryption) page, which means that all the credit card information that you will introduce on that page will remain totally safe.

International Duty Laws

It is your responsibility to determine whether Internet purchases of cigarettes in your area are prohibited under local laws. In the event that you are charged duty upon receiving your parcel you have a choice to pay the duty or refuse the package, in which case the package will be returned to us and you will receive a refund for the order.

Privacy polices

By accepting these terms and conditions of sale you are also stating that you have read the cheapcigarette.org policies section and agree to those policies as set forth.

User Agreement:

1. You agree and understand that the tobacco products that you are ordering are for your personal use and consumption and not for resale. 2. You understand that our tobacco products are made in Europe. The country of origin is clearly indicated in the package that you will receive. 3. The cigarette boxes cannot indicate the proper Surgeon General Warnings. But you understand that the correct Surgeon General Warnings are:

Non-disclosure

The information provided to us as a result of your online purchase, such as your name, E-mail address, phone number(s) and point of delivery or forwarding address are only used for shipping. The personal data of customers (mailing address, e-mail address, etc.) is not rent or sold to others. It is kept till our customer has received the order. cheapcigarette.org doesn't have a database containing the customer's credit card details, and also doesn't store information on files with who bought cigarettes online.
